When Brian started out as a chef, he didn't realize that he had a secret talent for food sculpture. He didn't even take art throughout high school! But one day Brian was strapped for cash and needed to get a gift for his mum for her birthday. He couldn't spend a lot of money so he made something from the heart. What emerged was a beautiful floral design in a watermelon!
Brian accelerated from there and researched different carving techniques and ideas. Today, Brian continues to challenge himself and has a constant flow through his head of new ideas for pieces to create.
